Educational Qualification
- Full time B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical or equivalent discipline with minimum 55% marks.
- Full time Diploma in Electrical or equivalent discipline from a recognized Technical Board / Institute with minimum 55% marks.
- For discipline-specific posts (Civil / Electronics & Communication), relevant degree/diploma in that discipline is required.

Salary & Allowances
Field Engineer: ₹30,000 - 3% - 1,20,000 (approx. annual CTC ₹8.9 Lakh).
Field Supervisor: ₹23,000 - 3% - 1,05,000 (approx. annual CTC ₹6.8 Lakh).
For RDSS project posts, similar pay band and perks are applicable.

Job Responsibilities
- Supervision and execution of field works related to transmission lines, substations.
