Age Limit
Minimum age 21 years and maximum age 40 years as on 01 January 2025. The High School (Class 10) certificate will be treated as valid proof of age. Government norms on relaxations apply where applicable.
Educational Qualification
Minimum qualification
Bachelor’s degree (at least Second Division) from a recognised university and mandatory computer proficiency, including MS Office with Hindi and English typing.
Experience
- Coordinator: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- MIS Assistant: Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
Experience must relate to FRA implementation or allied fieldwork and be supported by certificates from a government office or a registered NGO working on FRA.
Application Fee

Salary & Allowances
Consolidated monthly remuneration:
- District Level Coordinator: ₹30,000 per month
- MIS Assistant: ₹20,000 per month

Selection Process
Applications will be scrutinised and eligible candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:10 ratio for interview. Final selection will be based on merit and interview performance. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Job Responsibilities or Nature of Work
The Coordinator will facilitate FRA processes at the district level, including inter-departmental coordination, monitoring, and guidance to committees. MIS Assistants will manage data entry, records, and report generation at the sub-division level (Antagarh/Pakhanjur), support field teams, and maintain documentation for timely submissions to the district authorities.
