Sukma Collectorate (Tribal Development) Recruitment 2025 — District Coordinator & MIS Assistant
The Sukma Collectorate’s Tribal Development Branch has invited applications for contractual appointments to support effective implementation of the Forest Rights Act (FRA), 2006. Experience & skills
- District Level Coordinator: Minimum 3 years field experience in FRA implementation.
- MIS Assistant: Minimum 2 years field experience in related work.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office) is essential; ability to handle data and reporting is required for MIS roles.
- Applicants should have familiarity with tribal customs, local practices and community engagement.
Experience should be supported by certificates from government agencies or registered NGOs involved in FRA work.

Salary & Allowances
Consolidated monthly remuneration for the posts is as follows:

Selection Process

Job Responsibilities or Nature of Work
District Level Coordinator
- Monitor FRA implementation at district level and support district committee activities.
- Train committees, gram sabhas and field staff on procedures and compliance.
- Assist with community forest resource management and documentation tasks.
- Coordinate with NGOs and government departments for effective programme delivery.
MIS Assistant
- Provide technical support at sub-division/section level for FRA activities.
- Collect, enter and analyse field data; prepare reports for departmental use.
- Support training events and assist with departmental coordination and record keeping.
